Return Process

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
